We endeavour to ship all goods as soon as possible and generally aim to pick, pack and ship parcels same day or within 24 hours of your order being placed, depending on when you placed the order. There are a handful of items on our website that are not stocked in DC1, our main distribution centre. These other items have to be brought over for packing and shipping. This can add a day or two to the packing and shipping process. Products that are not in DC1 are clearly marked in their description field on our website.
The majority of our parcels are delivered by Australia Post and delivery time ranges from 1 - 7 days FROM DESPATCH depending on your location and time of year.
As our daily deals create huge demand, there are times that we get snowed under somewhat and things can take a little longer than we like, so please understand. We know you want your order and we do our best.
Please also be aware that:
During busier periods such as Christmas, and depending on your location there may be some delays.
Bulky items will be delivered using the cheapest and first available Courier of our choice.
In the event of any natural disasters or extreme weather conditions, there may be a delay in the delivery.
